YouTube Rival?

August 14, 2007

There have been rumors that Yahoo has been coming up with a new video generator to rival against Google’s YouTube. There is no way that Yahoo can be good as the Google. Google Enterprises has just expedited everything that they can get there hands on, email, search engine, video generator, blogs, and very soon I hope to see Google TV and Google Internet. I don’t doubt that its going to happen.

Apparently, the name of yahoo’s video generator is Yahoo Video. Such a generic name isn’t it. I personally am NOT a big fan of yahoo just because its slow with everything it provides. I dont like the layout for the email, or even the search engine preferences. It just looks like its all mashed together.

In addition to Yahoo Video, there is another video sharing space called SelfcastTV, what kind of name is that? lol. I doubt that any of these are going to beat YouTube’s hit count on users. So, whoever is a Youtube-user out there, Rock On!!!

This guy down here on the video explains Youtube’s Rivals… Microsoft is doing video-sharing? Oh no…

Even though this is a lengthy conversation, the guy does make a point about the image of Microsoft vs. YouTube.
lol, the credits are worth seeing… “shit…(etc)”
I’m not a big Microsoft hater, but it is somewhat true what Microsoft does by copying a lot of other people, youtube, etc ,etc.
